In the Anuga Food Expo, we showcased the first sample of Azaki tempeh and received positive feedback. People in India, including businesses, are seeking vegan and healthier options. Tempeh is being explored as a versatile ingredient in Indian cuisine.
With support from the Indonesian Consulate and Trade Mission, we introduced tempeh. Showcased as a superfood from Indonesia, it gained global attention at World Trade events.
We introduced how tempeh can be incorporated into Indian cuisine in a creative way. During the dinner, we also showcased Balinese and Indonesian dishes like Maakhani and Bali Sambal. Our Indian guests loved the flavors, highlighting a great cultural connection.
